I mean, you have to be crazy not to love good quality cheese! Even if I were lactose intolerant I would still take the risk for this. I get a great price for the 2-pack at Costco and it’s one of my grocery staples. I use it to melt on fresh toasted bread sprinkled with oregano, or we snack on it alone.
