BECCA Sunlit Bronzer
- "bronzed bond is perfect for summery nights out! the matte glow leaves a natural looking finish on the skin. the cons of this product is that the orangey tinge to it doesnt look too good on those with pale skin, but it is perfect for those with naturally tan/olive complexions. " in 22 reviews

I have been using BECCA highlighters for years but these to shades were my first venture into other BECCA makeup products. I actually love to use Maui Nights with a light hand as a blush. It actually adds the perfect sun kissed radiance as if I spent a day at the beach. And I was planning on buying Bronzed Bondi but they were all out at the store. I was afraid that Ipanema Sun would be too dark on my medium olive complexion, but surprisingly enough, as long as I don’t go heavy handed with it, Ipanema sun works well on me. And regardless of your skin tone, I think that everyone should check out Maui Nights as a blush shade for Spring and Summer. It looks amazing with a tan (or even to mimic a sun-kissed look).
BECCA Sunlit Bronzer is the first bronzer I've ever had, but I can confidently say that I found one that's suitable for fairer complexions. The color makes me look bronzed, not orangey or muddy. There is a thin overlay of shimmer on top, but don't worry it's just a (pointless) gimmick. It is a matte bronzer without looking chalky. Physicians Formula light butter bronzer is supposed to be a dupe for Becca's Bronzer in Bali Sands (the lightest shade), but after comparing them myself side-by-side, PF pulls orange. I'll repurchase Becca, it's the only bronzer I've found that works for me.
Bronzers are one of my favorite makeup items to buy because A.) I use them every day, regardless of the intensity of my makeup look, bronzer will always be essential and B.) I have light, medium, dark, shimmery, matte, warm-toned, neutral-toned, natural and intense bronzers and I still can't get enough! I'm addicted to finding my perfect formula that looks natural and complimentary with my skin tone! This Becca bronzer is so great because it does have shimmer, but it doesn't show up glittery once applied to your face. It is also very buildable, you can apply a little or a lot and it never gets cakey looking! I can't get enough of this product, it reminds me a lot of my Hourglass Ambient Light Bronzer which is my holy-grail, all time favorite! It comes in a lot of shades, so I am sure you will be able to find one that suits your skin tone best! I have a feeling this is going to be my new favorite bronzer for summertime!
I’ve never tried Becca bronzer before and I bought it at Sephora. This bronzer caught my eyes and sadly I am disappointed. This tends to disappear and I prefer a matte bronzer on my face than shimmer. However, this does give you a gorgeous glow and I rather use this on my body than my face. Beautiful shade but it’s too glittery and it makes my pores look big. I will keep this and use on the body but not my face.
BECCA Sunlit Bronzer I have this bronzer in maui nights and haven’t stopped using it since I bought. It gives the perfect coverage and bronziness to my tanned deep skin! I look like I’ve been on vacay all the time! I bought this from ulta about a year and a half ago and haven’t looked back! it has the perfect amount of shimmer in it too! I also use it year round not just in summer ! Check me out on youtube (kenecia johnson), you’ll see it a lot of my channel.
This bronzer is so pretty! It’s the perfect bronzy brown with a pretty healthy sheen. The sheen isn’t too intense so I’m still able to use it on my forehead as well as my cheeks. It’s definitely pricey, $38, but a little goes a long way. Per usual, the packaging is pretty...the usual Becca packaging but in bronze. This is hands down my favorite next to the butter bronzer by Physicians Formula. I use this when I want a more intense bronze.
Swatching in store it just got me! Becca is probably my favorite high end brand when it comes to powders & this is no expectation. It melts into the skin & gives the prefect bronze with a bit of a sheen. I would use a light hand because it very pigmented. I got the shade Ipanema sun it has a terracota undertone , warm but not orange. I’d recommend this shade for my skintone nc40/nc42 or darker, I feel it might be too dark for lighter complexions then mine.
I received Bronzed Bondi in a variety sampler from my Ulta order. I have light/medium skin and it's a nice natural bronzer. I think it is a little dark on me, so I might look at swatching a lighter shade, but I managed with a lighter hand and it can definitely be layered. The bronzer is shimmery, so if you're looking for a matte bronzer or you want a bronzer which can double as a contour, you might want to try the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer. I'm definitely thinking about checking either Sephora or Ulta stores to swatch and see which bronzer would be best for me!

This is a stunning bronzer. Light wash over the skin, blends beautifully. A little bit of sheen, but not shimmering or matte. It's beautiful. But honestly..not sure if it's worth the price. When the Physicians Formula Murumuru Butter Butter Bronzer is exactly the same for cheaper..and has new shades. But both beautiful bronzer formulas
It was impossible for me to pick up any other Bronzer once I started using this one. I get very very tan in the summer therefore most bronzers on the market are too light for me. Which is a huge issue because there are people with even darker skin tones; so if I couldn’t find one how could they? Becca came out with a great shade range on this one. I use Ipanema sun and I love it. It’s dark enough for me to use on my deepest tan. It also sits so nicely on the skin as Becca powders are so soft and buttery.
Q & A
Has anyone tried this product? If so, how did you like it? Does it show up good?
is it pigmented enough for tan skin?
Is this worth it? I want one so bad!
