I love this Becca highlighter! It's easy to work with and adds a nice glow to your face. I use it on my cheekbones and nose and makes me look radiant. I use a finishing spray over this because it's a liquid and I want it to stay put. I highly recommend!
I put this everywhere!!! I love putting this on wth no makeup , mixed in with my foundation, or just on top of foundation on the high points of my face. My summer must have ! I use it on my shoulders and legs as well when wearing a dress. It catches the light beautifully and gives an ethereal look!
I love using this as a highlighter! You can use just a small dot for a subtle glow across your cheekbones (for a casual look or for work), or use more for a night out. It isn' too shimmery and the color is way better than any other highlighter I've tried (usually they're too white or yellow, and look really fake to me). I purchase this in the travel size and it's a staple in my makeup bag! I use it all year but it's perfect for winter when you need a little glow, and great for holiday parties!
The perfect base if you want a glowy look. I use it mostly to highlight my cheekbones, nose, and brows because it can be a bit intense for an everyday look if you're using it all over.
Q & A
Would you recommend this shade for fair skin?
I'm a fan of other Becca products but I haven't gotten this yet. Is it easy to go really overboard with this and look almost clown-ish? And if you do go overboard, how easy is it to fix it? Do you have to basically start over with your makeup in that area or is it fairly easy to either rub off/cover up?
This may be a silly question but should you only use highlighter if you foundation?
Does this give a subtle, work appropriate glow?
I saw this mini at Sephora and I wanted to try it out before I buy the bigger one, but would Opal be too dark for a light skin tone? And does anyone know if the pressed, powder, or cream is better?
