- "every collaboration between becca cosmetics and jacklyn hill has always been absolutely amazing, so this shimmer skin perfector on the shade champagne pop is no different. it is not this mega intense glow but it is perfect to mix into your foundation or wear it as a base prior to foundation, so your skin will achieve this beauitful healthy radiance. it can be an incredible highlight though if you apply a powder highlighter over it." in 407 reviews
- "beautiful highlighter. it gives you a natural and bright youthful glow. it's very blendable, i would recommend applying it with a wet beauty blender or your fingers. i'd recommend this to everyone! it looks really good on the high points of your face." in 307 reviews
- "i have the color champagne pop and absolutely love it. i have a really light skin tone and it looks good on me, but if you have a darker complexion it will look even more beautiful. the only reason i gave it four stars is because it is not always practical to apply for rushed mornings. if you are like me, i would recommend using the powder for faster application. Wow For these shimmering skin perfectors. They're all great! I use moonstone and opal. Sometimes I'll mix the two of them for the perfect dupe of champagne pop. I'm a solid NC 25 and even the pearl shade would work. Rose gold is beautiful but on me it's a little too pigmented, straddling the line between highlighter and blush.
This month was my first time ever trying one of Becca's products and I got this lovely product inside my October BoxyCharm monthly subscription ✨✨ They sent me proseco pop which blended well with my skin complexion. The packaging is beautiful and it's a great full size product. You can wear this highlight alone or blend it in with your face primer
This highlighter is POPPIN' ! If you only have a couple minutes for makeup and want to look glowed up, use this as your primer. It stays on ALL DAY. Drip a litle onto your hand and use a highlighter brush to dab onto your cheekbones and anywhere else you want to glow! I have combination skin and was afraid a liquid higlight would make me break out or feel oily-- this one didn't. A little goes a long way and you get a ton of product!
I received this product with my Boxycharm subscription and I was a little wary when I saw I got the liquid version. I am actually pleasantly surprised. Though the color Presecco Pop is not the best color for my pale skin, under my powder or foundation does provide a nice warm highlight. A little goes a very long way and you don't even really need to use one whole pump. I do believe that in the future I may try this in another shade more suitable for my skin.
I have this product in two shades. Moonstone and pearl. The moonstone one looks so flawless that sometimes I mix it in with my moisturizer and go out the door and glow to the gods. Pearl on the other hand... I decided to mix in with my moisturizer Because I’m very fair I thought the lighter color would look better, but after putting it on and walking by my dad he stops and asks “why do you look so sweaty?” And that was the last time I tried mixing it in haha, but it does make a great highlight on my cheekbones.
Omg! ... this is the best highlighter ever. It has a very gold/warm tone to it. You can use it to add flavor to your (touch of color) to your foundation. This product runs for about $49.00. It last along time and I do see me purchasing agin in the future. #teambecca #beccahighlighter #pinkpearlsglam
Q & A
Would you recommend this shade for fair skin?
I'm a fan of other Becca products but I haven't gotten this yet. Is it easy to go really overboard with this and look almost clown-ish? And if you do go overboard, how easy is it to fix it? Do you have to basically start over with your makeup in that area or is it fairly easy to either rub off/cover up?
This may be a silly question but should you only use highlighter if you foundation?
Does this give a subtle, work appropriate glow?
I saw this mini at Sephora and I wanted to try it out before I buy the bigger one, but would Opal be too dark for a light skin tone? And does anyone know if the pressed, powder, or cream is better?
