I got this for a present from my mom and use it almost everyday. I practically live in my kitchen and this helps speed things up as it is an awesome help to whipping ingredients up just right. I like how I can quickly disconnect this, scrape the sides of my bowl, then reattach it and continue, all without dirtying another dish. I really love how it reminds me of a spatula and scrapes off all left overs in my bowl when I’m dumping out my dough, mashed potatoes, or whatever my mix might be. It’s easy to “lick the spoon” too. The edges are gentle and made with rubber. My paddle is quite easy to rinse off and clean. I hand wash it as soon as I am done, but I have ran it in my dishwasher as well on the top shelf.
