This soup is so easy to make & it tastes wonderful in my opinion. Something I really do like about all of the Bear Creek soups that I’ve tried is that they all taste great as a stand alone soup, but you can easily add extra ingredients like chicken & veggies to make it a more robust soup if you have the ingredients to do so. So I like to keep a couple of bags in my pantry for when I haven’t been to the store or just don’t know what to cook! The Bear Creek soups (and don’t forget their chili too!) are very inexpensive & they are so simple psince you only have to add water. Just add your water & whisk the soup mix in the pot & voila’—you have dinner for the whole family!!
