I am not the best to workout and stick with it but I love this program. It has so many options for any lifestyle. Having a coach is also huge! They check in and motivate you to stay accountable!

My aunt is one of the instructors so I love going to her class and seeing what she has to offer. Beach body also has great Diets that actually work and you actually see progress. Very affordable go check it out.

I tried a free trial of beachbody and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the content. I love most of the instructors and really like how they provide workout calendars to follow along with. It really has a good variety of workout classes all in one subscription.

I absolutely love Beachbody. They have a large variety of workouts and recipes. It’s great to be able to workout from home. The support groups are also helpful. Shakeology and energize are amazing supplements.

I mean I helped me get moving but it was boring and expensive. I need something that keeps me wanting to come back. Plus they just want to push their products that you really don’t need to help you lose weight. It’s just another MLM

I liked the beach body programs. I loved doing the 21 day fix. If you are consistent with it you will see results. The workouts were for beginners and fun to do.

I love the workouts from beach body! I think they are great, and if you pay yearly you can have full access to any workout and meal plans they offer! However I deducted stars for the cost! It can get pretty expensive! Their protein powder is delicious but $100 a bag is too just too much!

Beachbody has changed my life. Every morning I have a new workout to look forward to with fun coaches and music. I also purchased their bike which is super fun with a great screen for watching their workouts. My only complaint on that is the volume controller doesn’t get very loud, I have to use headphones. I’m a lifelong customer.

I love beachbody. I use it every day. They have great workout programs and a lot to choose from. I really love it and renew every year
