Did anyone notice a real difference in the energy they had in their workout compared to when you take nothing at all?

Yes, for sure.. it gives you almost a tingly feeling and makes you want to just get up and GO!

Yes. It definitely gives me more energy to complete a workout. And it doesn't give me a caffeine crash like some others I have tried

There is definitely a burst of energy that you get after taking it... similar to a cup of coffee.
