This book is my #giftcrush this Holiday Season, meaning that I plan to gift it to all my friends. This book is inspired by Buddhist teachings, and helped me through a hard time in my life where there was a lot of change and lack of direction. This book will teach you how to be mindful and appreciate the process of life rather than just doing things because you feel like you have to. There are also bonus meditation strategies in the back of the book, and at the front you get to hear about the author's journey to India and the start of this lifestyle. I recommend this to any of your "hippie" friends: those who love yoga, mindfulness, meditation, retreats and music/lifestyle festivals, etc.
