Most brands of powdered mug soups are nasty. The flavour is usually so artificial or totally lacking in flavour but honestly I really like these! I think they are just over 100 calories and they're so handy to keep in your handbag and consume on the go. This is the best brand for cup soup and the chicken flavour is pretty good too ☺️
