I love shopping at Barnes and noble online and in person! The staff have always been really nice and it’s really easy to use their website. When I’ve gotten books mailed they packed it well and my books were delivered safely with their packaging. They have so many books and many genres to pick from and I always find myself leaving with a book! I also have the premium membership so I’m able to get a discount with my purchase and a free tote bag.

I LOVE Barnes and Noble. I love the store, the atmosphere, the things they sell, everything!!! My husband and I have the premium membership and it's totally worth it. We get 10% off everything in store and online, free standard shipping, and every year we get a cute collectible tote bag!! I cannot stress enough, if you read and like to shop at the store, getting premium membership is so worth it. The discount also includes the Lego sets!!!

I usually go there to purchase books for projects or for a casual read. The environment is usually quiet and welcoming. The organization and display are satisfactory and meet my standards for a place of relaxation and peace. The customer service is excellent, and the staff are usually friendly and willing to assist customers. They have a wide selection to choose from, and their products are suitable for many of all ages.
