It's a good supplement but if you had it for a long period of time you would be allergic to as i am now 🥴 It has many benifietial vitamins and minerals for your body 💪🏻 and boosts your immune system but for me use it for a period of time and stop using for the same period of time 😍 Health is meant to us !!🍏💪🏻
