These little twisty devils are incredible. They hug sauce like no other. The catch? They're freaking impossible to find. I've been looking for years and the closest I can find is some knock off.

A friend of mine from Italy introduced me to this shape. It has nice little crevices for trapping sauce. And I always trust Barilla for quality!

I am all about keeping food traditional but when it comes to my two Minos, I have made many changes for them. Instead of using traditional lasagna…I build my lasagna with layers of Campanella making it easier for them to eat and it is worth it 😎
