The Smoothness Hydrating Cleansing Oil by Bare Minerals has a luxurious feel and a pleasant scent that makes it a joy to use. Its silky texture glides effortlessly over the skin, providing a comforting and hydrating experience. The light, fresh fragrance is subtle and soothing, enhancing the overall cleansing ritual. However, while this cleansing oil excels in providing hydration and leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth, it falls short in removing all traces of foundation. It struggles to completely eliminate long-wear or heavy makeup, leaving some residue behind. This can be a bit frustrating, especially for those who rely on a single product to thoroughly cleanse their face like me.

I had never used an oil cleanser before this one but I really like it. It does take a little more product than you would expect for it to not tug at your skin when you are applying it, but that may be normal for oil cleansers. Overall I feel like using this as my first cleanse when I wear makeup has improved the overall appearance of my skin.

I usually use this daily in my double cleansing routine.I gotta say this product does a good job at removing makeup.I do feel like you kind of have to tug at the skin to remove the makeup.Overall okay cleanser.
