I read reviews and wanted to know more on how to use it "wet"? Does it pop out more than not wetting eyeshadow?

It's going to pop more but this shadow has tons of fall out I would suggest another brand

Adding water to any BM eyeshadow Will definitely bring out the pigmentation. I used to work for Bare Minerals. In order to do the "water trick" right you HAVE to be wearing eyelid primer, also use water very sparingly. You want you eyeshadow mix to almost look like a cream when done mixing, (so a higher concentration of pigment vs water) and keep you eye closed for a couple seconds until you can feel it's dry. This will definitely pop the color. This color is a little more subdued and more of the rosy tones pop when wet if I can remember correctly.
