This is a lovely medium-bodied red wine with a velvety, plush texture, which adds to the impression of a softer, slightly sweeter wine, even though it is classified as dry. This goes lovely with red meat, pasta and cheese. Definitely one of my favourites 😍

Barefoot Merlot is a very inexpensive wine. Flavor is a little sweet but dry. I enjoy it cold but I also make sangria with it. Since this wine is not too sweet, it is a great mix for sangrias to add fruit and juice.
