This was exactly what I wanted for a New Year’s Day mimosa 🍾 It’s sweet but not too sweet, with a really nice crisp, bubbly finish that doesn’t feel heavy or syrupy. Super drinkable and refreshing. I paired it with orange pineapple juice, and the combo was chef’s kiss. The citrus played so well with the bubbles and made it feel bright, fun, and festive without being overpowering. This is a nice and reasonably priced purchase for any celebration or gathering. The bottle is very easy to open and the consists very bubbly as the name suggests. The hints of apricot and tangerine give light and fruity vibes. Paired well cupcakes for recent graduation celebration toast.
