My mom has celiac disease so she can’t eat most pastas. It sucked because she couldn’t enjoy pasta anymore or eat it with me and my sister. But we eventually came across this one after her diagnosis and we have been eating it ever since. Also my sister is super picky but she also loves and prefers this brand. We have a banza pasta night at least once a week. It’s super easy and fast to make. It serves 3 people. It has a good texture plus it’s healthy. I’m a vegetarian so it’s a great way for me to get my protein in!
I love love love Banza pasta! I buy a box or two everytime I see it in stores. It tastes just like most other box pasta to me and I love the amount of protein in each serving- it makes any pasta into its own meal!! Easy to make and fun to eat.
