worked for my semi bad sunburn. took a few days and applies of the product to help my sunburn go away, but it definitely works. i recommend this product!

It smells nice, works as it should for the most part, it absorbs into the skin and cools. So, with that being said, (absorbs into the skin) why would they put artificial dies in this?! In my photo, you can see that they put yellow 5 and blue 1 in this probably to make it look more attractive. Obviously it worked on us, but we would have bought after sun gel regardless of its color. If one were to do some research on these, and other artificial colors, you would find out the affects of these colors and how bad they are for adults and children alike. Since we found this out we switched to a different aloe gel brand without artificial colors. The rating doesn’t come from its performance, but from its ingredients, things I can’t pronounce, and the colors. I wouldn’t recommend this product due to it’s ingredients soaking into the skin.

I normally use this alongside after sun. I don’t think it’s enough to cool it down for me with sun burns. It’s definitely better if kept in fridge. What I do like to use it for is hot pan burns. It’s very cooling for that, absorbs well and doesn’t feel too sticky afterwards.
