I love this pillow. The cooling side actually stays cool, it's like magic! It's comfortable and the width is perfect for side sleeping. It is not too rigid nor too soft. I do recommend to let it air for more the recommended 48 hours after open it because it comes with a weird smell like most products that have charcoal, but the smell completely goes away after it.
