The material feels very thick and soft, with good cushioning that protects her knees and joints during exercises. It has a dense foam-like structure that makes workouts more comfortable, especially for floor poses and stretching. The surface also has a non-slip texture, so it stays in place fairly well during use. My mom really likes it because it feels comfortable and supportive, especially compared to thinner mats. The included knee pad is also useful for extra support in sensitive positions. The carrying strap makes it easy to move and store. The only small downside is that because the mat is very thick, it’s a bit bulky to roll up and carry around, and it takes a little more space when stored. Also, it can feel slightly soft for very stable balance poses, but this depends on preference. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and practical yoga mat, especially for home use. This is an amazing yoga mat! I’ve only ever used very thin ones, so it’s quite an upgrade. It’s so comfortable. I also love the mini mat it comes with-it’s about 12”x24”. I have a very tiny apartment so it’s great to pull out for head or knee cushioning when I don’t want the entire big mat. And the bright pink color is super fun.
