This Honey Citon and Ginger tea is something I have to have always in my kitchen! The abroma is incredible.The moment you open the jar-very bright and citrus with a nice bicycle kick from the ginger.I love the packaging.It comes in a large, steady glass jar that keeps it fresh though it is quite heavy when full. The volume you get for the price is excellent, and a little goes a long way for the perfect salution.I find that two spoonfuls in a large mug of hot water strike the best balance between sweet and tangy. My husband also likes to spread it on a piece of toast bread..

I love the flavor of this tea. I also love the ingredients it's made with. I don't care for the texture and having large chunks in my tea. I strain out all the big pieces and to me that makes it great. I'm not a fan of the bitterness the citron brings when you eat it, but others might. I would definitely recommend trying it.

In my household this is very used! The flavor profile is beautiful. The only downside is the packaging where you have to get the spoon into the bottom when you get near the bottom. This is like my fourth jar. So delicious on its own or added to tea.
