I really enjoy the health benefits of chia. My latest pleasure is all the chia pudding. There is so many great ways to make this power packed nutrient snack.
This is very large container. Will last you a very long time if you use a teaspoon at a time. The snap top keep the seeds fresh and secure. Has two sprinkling areas one with smaller holes, the other larger.
Chia is considered a superfood because of their high components of calcium and vitamin c as well many others. I love to pour one full spoon of chia seed in my cook oats in the morning. I love this brand because I considered it has a good price and quality.
i use this mostly in smoothies but i also like it sprinkled on top of yogurts, made into a chia seed pudding too. the container is nice to sprinkle them out and also store it.

Chia seed comes ready to consume I use it for anti-aging since I mix it with water when I take it and the stomach knows that it is full with the seeds it is good to diet although it is not much but if it feels I like it
Nothing better than the Chia. It is the healthy complement for your daily diet. You can add it to flours and juices. And with vegetable milk you get a rich pudding.
These were not finely ground and tasted gritty in smoothies and oatmeal. I. Could not make this Nadia chia seed product work with my eating lifestyle. I will not repurchase this product.
Chia seeds have many benefits thats why I try to use them in my meals as often as possible. My diet isn’t that healthy I have to admit, I’m still working on it but chia seeds are acceptable if you don’t like strange tastes like most of healthy foods have ( in my opinion since I’m not used to them)
