Cookies are coated with fudge chocolate and with minty or peppermint flavor and after taste. It does contain Ammonium Bicarbonate tho. Hopefully it's good for the health. Or maybe they can tried to substitute this ingredient. It's actually delicious as a snack or treat(s).
