I love this product, it works for me and I've mastered the ratio of clay powder to water/apple cider vinegar. I do think it can help but follow the directions, do not leave on for too long, and do not use apple cider vinegar on your face if you have sensitive skin. Actually I might stay away from this is you have sensitive skin as it can be too harsh.
