’ve never really needed to use saline mist on myself but this is such a good product if you have little ones. My daughter when the weather was changing got super stuffy noses and would constantly have little crusties but after my pediatrician gave me this we didn’t really have that problem. it would loosen everything up in her nose and then it was easy to suck out with her nose sucker. It has no smell it’s just an isotonic solution with sodium chloride and pure water which is safe ingredients! It’s effective and cheap so i would recommended this.

I got this nasal mist due to it being recommended by my ENT post nose surgery (septal perforation and inferior turbinate reduction.) I liked it because it was a nice mist that was light and genital. When you use it, it can cause a burning sensation if you are dry tho.

I use this DAILY, helps sooth my drynose especially during the fall and winter months. Helps with my allergy spray during the spring. Very soothing.
