I get a very dry nose during winter months and this gel is a lifesaver. It helps my irritated nose by making sure it is not dry. It is very soothing and feels nice and helps me breathe so much better when I have this stuff in. It is a gel so it isn't thin, it is a thicker consistency but not too thick. It is easy to dispense but the one thing I hate is having to use a q-tip to apply it inside the nose. But that is the best way I have found to really get the best relief, and not get it on my hands and fingers. Very easy to store as it is a small tube. Overall, very great product! Helps keep my nose moisturized and prevents nosebleeds from dry nose!

In the winter months, I am prone to bloody noses due to the dry air, but don’t want to use a humidifier for other reasons. But—still need a solution. I didn’t want to use vasoline and this is a great alternative. It goes on well without being greasy and is actually refreshing. I use it at night and don’t have to re-apply. It does have aloe in it, which is a nice addition.
