I have fine hair that doesn't curl well, but this spray helps me keep the curl all day. It is also ideal for when I put my hair up. Other reviewers mentioned that the pressure of the spray is too hard, but I disagree... Just don't press the button as hard and you can get a softer spray. Also, if you hold it further away from your hair, the pressure isn't as hard. Great product.
