This is literally the only makeup remover I will use. People get freaked out by it being a lotion, but take a tissue (Puffs+Lotion is my go-to bc when you run it under a tap, it doesn't disintegrate) take a dime sized amount of the Avon makeup remover, and put it on your wet tissue. You will need a dime sized amount per eye, but there isn't anything it won't remove. I wear waterproof mascara and waterproof liquid eyeliner and have never had an issue removing my makeup. It also works for foundation, pencil eyeliner, colorstay lipstick, you name it, this makeup remover can handle it.
