I have used these pads after the birth of both of my children and I have found that they don’t stick that well but honestly other brands are the same too, if you are nursing and have to change sides I find that they just fold on themselves, preferred to use a shell milk collector instead that can catch all the leaking rather than wasting liquid gold! The pads do absorb quite a lot of leaking it’s just not for me while nursing.
