We recently went to the beach and even after applying sunblock endlessly, wearing hats, glasses and rash guards, my husband and I ended up with sunburned skin. We were in so much pain and aloe vera gel was not providing relief. I went to a local market and saw this product. I had heard of the brand, Avène, but was intrigued when I saw this was an after-sun repair cream gel. It cost about $30. I didn’t think it was too pricey for the 200ml size. We immediately applied all over our bodies and felt our skin soothed and hydrated. The cooling sensation was the best, light and comfortable. The mild scent was pleasant. The ingredients such as provitamin E and glycerine provided extra hydration. The best thing is the brand. My entire family has sensitive skin and this product and brand specialize in creating products for those like us. I highly recommended and will research more of their products and possibly purchase in the future.
