- Considering a new sunscreen since the summer is coming! How does ...1 Answers
I personally love this Hydrance SPF Serum. I was given a small sample and I loved it so much I actually went back to purchase a bigger container of this stuff. It is great for sensitive skin, rehydrate the skin, the product itself doesn't feel heavy on, it does not feel thick at all, definitely recommend it for people out there with dry skin.
I love this product. I got it in a Beautyfix box and have been using it daily. It does not upset my sensitive skin and gives great coverage at SPF 50! In addition, it's water resistant for up to 80 minutes. What I also love is that it does not contain certain chemicals such as homosolate. Certain chemicals found in some sunscreen have been linked to increasing your risk for breast cancer if you are already susceptible.
I'm not a huge fan of face sprays. I really have no use for them unless I have a sunburn. It does feel great for a sunburn!
Sunscreen should me a must for anyones daily skin care routine. Avene Mineral Ultra-Light Hydrating sunscreen is one of my favourite to use. True to its name and doesn't feel heavy on the skin and works well under makeup; definitely allow it to soak into your skin before applying anything overtop or going outside. Since it is a mineral based sunscreen it does leave a white cast but is much more beneficial to your skin then its chemical sunscreen counterparts. Its SPF rating of 50+ makes it a great protectant against the sun, anything under SPF 30+ won't do much protecting. Has some beneficial ingredients for the skin included in its formula and is hydrating so ideal for combination to dry skin types. Its thick texture is easy to spread and leaves a tacky feeling that subsides as it is absorbed by the skin. Housed in plastic bottle that protects its ingredients from light and air. Not too pricy but also not the cheapest option however with its beneficial ingredients and how it wears I think that the price is reasonable!
Brilliant! Absolutely the best sunscreen I have found! Mineral, so no chemical filters, which is really important to me. Still amazingly light though, absorbs very well, and doesn't affect the application of other serums or toners. Absolutely the best facial sunscreen I have found. I have very sensitive acne prone yet aging skin (yay me!) and this miraculously does not cause breakouts or irritate my sensitive spots. I use on my neck and decollete as well, and it's effective there also. Absolute 10/10, try it - you'll love it!
this product offers high sun protection but it balls up like crazy under makeup. and no it is NOT non-whitening, it still leaves noticeable white cast on the face. hence, the 3 lippies. will think twice about repurchasing as it's not the best mineral sunscreen out there.
I have sensitive skin that can also be described as combination (some oil in the T-zone) but not extremely oily or extremely dry. I prefer this sunscreen to many I've used in the past, partly because it uses only mineral sunscreen ingredients and no chemical sunscreens.
Q & A
Considering a new sunscreen since the summer is coming! How does this one fair? I've seen it in some subscription boxes and would love to try, but $28 for 1.3os is a little scary! How does it smell? How does it feel on the skin?
