I have used a few products from this brand so far and really like them so far. My hair is damaged from being bleached and then from not seeing my stylist for over a year and trying to do some bleaching on my own(do not recommend). I washed and dried my hair and applied a nickel sized amount to my palm and put it through my hair and let it air dry just because I am trying to limit heat styling. I noticed that my hair was a bit more tame and manageable. I think this would work better if I blow dried my hair as I feel heat tends to activate products like this.
