Spot on this is one of the best protein shakes I’ve had . After a long walk , I felt like I was drinking a chocolate shake from my favorite ice cream shop . Easy to pour into my glass with some crushed ice . Ingredients of 15 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber , yes please !

Great brand. It’s been my go to for years. They have the best flavors and price. This one was a little, only a poorly chalky texture. It was delicious though. The C chocolate flavor is good.
