This sauna suit helps increase sweating during workouts, but the material is so thin and prone to tearing after a few uses -I appreciate the breathability just not the quality. The fit is uncomfortable, especially around the shoulders and waist, making it hard to move freely. It’s okay for occasional use, but don’t expect it to last long.

This item was a one size fit all and was breathable. I was not worried about it ripping because it was very thick. This really helps me detox because it holds in heat while your face is staying cool 

Talk about sweat inducing!! If you want the sweat of your life you need this product asap! Who needs a sauna when you’ve got a walking one 😂 make sure you pack a water, you’re going to need it!
