The flavor is spot-on, a genuinely tasty blue raspberry. What really impressed me was the energy boost—it hit just right, giving me that drive to crush my workout at the gym. Full disclosure: I did feel a weird "pins and needles" sensation initially, but turns out that's totally normal for pre-workouts. Once I lowered the dose a little, that effect went away, and I felt fantastic. Great supplement overall
