Works great! It's a very gradual warming sensation but it really helps with my arthritis pain when I have joint swelling in the winter time in those cold weather months. It doesn't smell as strong or off putting as some others. It is not greasy either which I like.

I tend to pull the muscle in my shoulder a lot and if for some reason I can't use a heating pad this is my go to and really helps until I can use my heating pad. Of course the smell is strong but not bad. Price isn't bad but when my shoulder hurts ill pay anything for relief.
