I haven't used this personally , but I have sold a bunch of these and am very aware of its use. It's a very sturdy, well built fireplace that will last for years to come. Depending how many feet your liner will be, it can be installed in just a few hours . It's pretty much maintenance free BUT you must have your flue cleaned yearly for safety reasons. The heat output is amazing , it can cover about a 1200 square ft home , and keeps your heating costs down very dramatically. I would recommend ANY Napoleon product .

We have had this fireplace for five years and had no issues. It works well and heats the whole lower level of our house. It is sleek looking and durable. There is no scent from this fireplace since it’s gas. Love the look of it.
