This is the Artist Couture diamond lights finishers and they cost $25 each on the brand website. I think some products are still sold at Sephora but not much. This is definitely for my shimmery, glittery, all the sparkle you can handle fans. These are designed to glow, have a bright sheen. One layer gives a moderate glow, you can build it to be intensely metallic. Very finely milled, it is soft and can take a little practice to apply. You are going to want to use a tacky eyeshadow base to hold this on the eyelid as well as you can, I find that this does end up migrating everywhere. It’s fun, but can be a bit messy. This lasts about 8 hours on me before showing signs of fading.
