This shadow topper is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully pigmented and has a nice sparkle. The color Nebula has a pinkish blue shift. This blends beautifully and can be used wet or dry.

Such a pretty eye finisher. You can literally just put this on and it looks so pretty by itself or use over eyeshadows. It’s very pigmented and a little goes a long way. Worth it for sure! Easy to travel with and look put together in seconds.
