I love buckwheat! This brand is always a great brand, reasonably priced! I like to make buckwheat "salads" with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies in a vinaigrette dressing. So tasty and it keep you full!

I fix my groats in a cold overnight soak with water and lemon juice. Any suggestions for a new twist on just warming it up the next day with brown sugar and cinnamon?
