I originally started off my aromatherapy associate journey when I was given a bottle of the bath oil as a gift last year, I am now onto my fourth bottle and it has become a staple with my showering routine. The cost may put a few people off however you only need to use a small bit especially if you are applying it onto your skin instead of popping it into the bath. I roughly have managed to get about 6 weeks out of a single bottle. The recommendation with this oil is that you fill a capful and then apply to the torso and breathe in the aromas. The two main points I love about this product is how intensely relaxing it is breathing in the aromas after application, it is a great start or end to the day. And lastly how hydrating it is, I tend to apply this to my torso and my arms and legs which is more than doable with a capful of product.

This shower oil is a delight to use. Aromatherapy Associates products are all high quality and this is no different. Smells beautiful and spreads well so quantity wise only a little product is needed for each shower.
