My mom swears by this stuff. I will say I'm a little doubtful and think they may just be sugar pills. If you're really feeling sick maybe opt for a stronger medicine to relieve symptoms, but if you think you're starting to feel symptoms but it's not so bad yet then this may be worth a try.
