10 Purrfect Items for the New Cat Owner
Arm & Hammer Natural Double Duty Clumping Cat Litter, 15 lbs.
This stuff is AMAZING! My mother recommended this to me, after she told me that she once forgot to clean the cat box for a month (eew, lol) because there was never any smell. Now, I have three indoor cats, while she has one outdoor/indoor cat, so where she went an entire month without stink, I could not do the same (nor would I bother to try). BUT I did manage to get a couple extra days out of my litter, thanks to the odor protection this has. I went from changing the box every other day to every three days. It's a nice break, it smells much better than clay litter, and it's good to my wallet, as its affordable. Thank you, A&H!
This is truly the best stuff on earth! I LOVE it! Hides the smell all the time and clumps good. We were gone for a weekend and came back to no smell of a cat box
I actually really enjoyed the natural litter. I liked the Cedar scent when changing the box. I wish it was cheaper though. My cat's had no problem switching back and forth.
I always like to go as natural i can with my own products and I like to do the same for my lovely cat Jingle. We use to use the clay litter that most people use but it was always so heavy. Heavy when you bring it home from the store and heavy when Jingle would use it and I would have to dig the litter out of the litter box. Then we started using the natural corn husk clumping litter. I loved it! Ir was lighter in the bag and when Jingle used it in the litter box I was not having to dig it out of the corners. I have some back trouble so when I bend down and have to put too much pressure with digging with the litter scoop it took much longer to clean out her litter. Also if you don't want to throw this in the trash or bag it up you can flush this down the toilet because this is made of naturally biodegradable corn husks. If you did this with the regular clay litter you would be buying yourself a new toilet as well as a new septic system. We love this little and it doesn't smell like the other clay litters when they get used the first time. We have found that with the corn husk litter we can spray it with Fabreeze and it smells just as good as when you first put it in the litter box. I would recommend this to every cat owner.
