This is good for those looking for a lip balm with the slightest bit of tint. It does not plump or sting my lips. I would market this more as a tinted balm rather than a plumper. I found it to be moderately moisturizing. The floral scent is nice but light.

This is one of the smoothest lipsticks I have ever purchased. It’s a plumping lipstick but it’s also a lip butter and moisturizes and properly hydrates. It does it all.
