We recently got this reverse osmosis system after my friend recommended it to us! Her water tasted great so I knew it was a good choice for us in our new home. We have well water which is softened, and even tho we can drink it, it doesnt taste good. This system makes the water crisp, fresh, and doesnt have that weird softener taste!! We did have plumbers install for us as we felt more confident with that, but they were done within an hour. Oh and the system does take up some space under the sink, so remember to keep that in mind.
