This is the best toothpaste it whitens freshens breath, when I say it whiten my teeth are sparkling. People have stopped me and asked what type of toothpaste I use or what I do to get my teeth so shiny. I will forever be loyal to this toothpaste.

If I had to choose between colgate and aqua fresh I would choose aqua fresh. It does and feels the same way and it lasts longer.
