Just recently found Apothic wines. Love the Cabernet Sauvingnon. Very distinctive bottle and logo. It draws the eye to the bottle with its beautiful design. This is a rich deep red with a deep jammy fruit and vanilla taste. Lovely aftertaste. This wine is perfect with red meat and cheese. Amazing aroma and you can really taste the dark fruits on your palette. This wine has a deep tanning which creates so much body in this wine. Apothic wines tend to have an alcohol content of around 14 per cent volume so it is a stronger wine.. Fabulous wine for a special occasion.

The perfect red blend for an evening with friends. This Apothic Red is our old reliable when it comes to a good red wine. Always a crowd pleaser; never disappoints.

I thought this wine would have been overly dry, however I was surprised to taste that it's not overly dry, yet not sweet. Right in the middle of that flavor profile. Really delicious when paired, which I decided to pair it with Hummus. Very delicious. I am anticipating that this wine would also be very great to use when cooking, the way the aftertaste lingers, would make a great dark sauce. Overall, it was worth trying, and it's a little better than most average wines. It's not nearly as deep as a red wine as I thought, however that flavor profile, is noticeable.
