Annie Chun's Pad Thai Rice Noodles
We like to make all sorts of things with these noodles. From Pasta salad, to Stir Fry, to Noodle soup, to cheese noodles, to a noodle bake. The rice noodles are able to take on a flavor of whatever you put on them. It makes a huge difference and makes everything that much better.
I prefer rice noodles over regular noodles and this is just a great brand! You can use these in so many dishes not just for Asian dishes! Rice noodle are a great option for those of us who are sensitive to wheat!
Annie Chun's rice noodles are awesome! They're about as authentic as you can get from a retail grocery store. I use these for pad thai, but have also used them for cold noodle salads. They're always good but are definitely easy to overcook. If you don't feel like going to your local Asian market, these are a good and readily available option.
I always buy these when I make pad Thai at home. They boil very fast, so I wait until my meat is almost done cooking then I'll add these to boiling water to cook up. They texture is great, don't get mushy easily and they taste good too
Make sure you watch them while they are cooking because they cook VERY QUICKLY and become soggy. But other than that they are a great gluten free option
