When I work with meringue, home made or powder they often have an egg flavor and are not pleasant. This is the first meringue I have used for royal icing that works beautifully and taste delicious. A must if you decorate cookies with royal icing.

Using this product and following the directions and recipes was very easy! I made box cookies and added meringue powder to make icing! the texture was very smooth and easy to work with! the flavor was also very good! I also love the simplicity of the packaging. overall, a very good product!

Sorry, ate them up to fast before I could take a picture, but I really liked it! It was nice not to have to crack so many eggs or worry about having to add the right amount of sugar in it. I did wish it was a tiny bit less sweeter, but that's just me.. all I had to do was add water. I followed the Instructions on the back of the package for the baking part and it worked out great!
